These terms govern your use of the Treder Tech mobile application ("the App") and related services provided by Ben Treder ("I", "me", "my").
The App lets you submit help requests for tech support, web design, app development, cybersecurity, and related services. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
You must:
Submitting a request through the App is not a contract or guarantee of service. It is an inquiry. After reviewing your request, I will respond with availability, scope, and pricing. Work begins only after we mutually agree on terms.
Displayed prices (e.g., "starting at $49") are minimums and vary depending on the complexity and scope of the work.
Emergency requests receive priority response. The emergency urgent review fee ($99) covers the initial assessment. Additional work is quoted separately after the review.

You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings. To opt out of email updates, contact me directly.
The App, its design, code, and content are owned by Ben Treder. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided "as is." I do my best to keep it running smoothly, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
For service work (websites, apps, tech support, etc.), liability and terms are established separately for each project.
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Ben Treder operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
