Privacy Policy

Treder Tech ("the App") is operated by Ben Treder ("I", "me", "my"). This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and your rights.
Information I Collect
When you submit a help request through the App, I collect:
- Contact information — your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and business name.
- Request details — the service you need, urgency level, budget range, preferred contact method, website URL, and your description of what you need help with.
- Push notification token — if you opt in to push notifications, I store your device's push token to send you updates about your request.
I do not collect:
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or files from your device
- Browsing history
- Payment or financial information through the App
- Any data from other apps on your device
How I Use Your Information
- To review and respond to your help request
- To send you status updates about your request via email and/or push notification
- To contact you about the services you requested
- To improve the App and my services
Data Storage & Security
Your request data is stored securely on servers controlled by me. I use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted database access.
Your request ID is also stored locally on your device (using AsyncStorage) so you can check your request status without re-entering it.
Data Sharing
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The only exception:
- Expo Push Notifications — your push token is sent to Expo's push notification service solely to deliver status update notifications to your device. See Expo's privacy policy.
Data Retention
I keep your request data for as long as needed to provide the services you requested, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data I have about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
