Treder Tech is the easiest way to request help from Ben Treder. Here's the process:
For normal requests, I typically respond within a few hours during business hours. Emergency requests get priority response — usually within 1 hour.
These are minimum starting prices. Your actual cost depends on what you need. After reviewing your request, I'll send you a clear quote before any work begins. No surprises.
No. Just fill out the request form. Your request ID lets you track status without needing a login.
Yes. Each request gets its own ID. You can view all your requests in the app.
After you submit a request, the app will ask if you'd like push notifications. If you say yes, you'll get a notification on your phone whenever your request status changes. You can turn these off anytime in your device settings.
Choose "Not Sure?" from the service list. Describe what's going on in plain English. I'll review it and point you in the right direction — no charge for the initial consultation.
